LOADING LOCATIONS

We currently load product out of the following refineries and loading terminals:

• Albuquerque, NM
• Bloomfield, NM
• Jamestown (Ciniza), NM
• Kingman, AZ
• Las Vegas, NV
• Phoenix, AZ
• Salt Lake City, UT
• Tucson, AZ
• Winona, AZ
• Winslow, AZ

MINIMUM GALLONS

Each delivery must have a minimum gallon amount of 8800 gallons for gas loads or a mix of gas and diesel. The minimum gallon amount for full diesel load is 7700 gallons. Our usual delivery amounts are 9000 gallons of gasoline and 7900 gallons for diesel.

DELIVERY WINDOW

To ensure timely deliveries, we can easily accommodate delivery times scheduled within a 4 hour window. Phoenix traffic and winter weather conditions can be a factor but should account for less than a 10% occurence.

TRUCK LOCATIONS

We have 10 trucks at our home office in Bellemont, Arizona, two trucks in Phoenix, and two trucks located in Kingman. Each tractor is equipped with state-of-the-art satellite tracking. This system pinpoints each truck location and processes the information to our dispatch computers to report accurate departures, arrivals, planned and unplanned stops, and rolling ETAs.
