WAGES & BENEFITS

Wages: Drivers are paid a competetive per-mile rate with additional drop pay. Local loads are paid a flat rate for both short and long local runs. Annualized wages on an average of $50,000.00 can be expected. Obviously some drivers are higher and lower depending on their work availability.

Benefits: Full time employee's are eligible (after 90 days) for enrollment in our IAC Insurance Plan that has two options depending on your current situation. Denta, visionl & disability plans are also available upon request. Full time employee's are also eligible (after 90 days) for enrollment in our company profit sharing plan which has had some very generous contributions over the last 3 years.

Additional Pay: Down time and additional stop pay are also added when needed.
